Topographical features are shown and major cities, towns, islands, railroads (existing and proposed), and waterways are shown. 

The “Copper Mine” in Douglas County, and mills in Oconto, Pierce and Dunn Counties are located.  A very informative view of the state as it existed prior to the Civil War
