This very detailed map depicts Ohio with its counties named and in contrasting colors.  Topographical features are shown with major cities, towns, and waterways located.  Islands and the "National Boundary" are shown in Lake Erie . Railroads are also identified (existing and proposed). Surrounding the map are insets of the "Physical Map of Ohio", "Historical Map of Ohio", "Vicinity of Cincinnati", "Vicinity of Cleveland", "Vicinity of Toledo" and "City of Columbus, the Capital of Ohio".    

The Columbus inset identifies streets and locates parks, Fair Grounds, Cemeteries and Railroads, as well as numerous buildings and institutions.
