This attractive historical map depicts Colorado with its counties named and in outline color. Topographical features are provided and major cities, towns, railroads and water routes located.

Mountains and mountain passes are also identified. Population & the Area of the state are provided in the lower right corner. A very informative view of the state as it existed in the early 1880’s. The county structure has some considerable differences with modern divisions in the state. Note, for instance, the huge Weld and Arapahoe counties.
